Black Marine

Black Marine is an award winning avant-garde composer. Classically trained in composition, orchestration and piano at The Music Academy, University of Belgrade, ELAK Institute Vienna (electro-acoustic composition), STEIM Institute (electronic music workshop where she created her instrument crackle box) Amsterdam, and with her doctorate in music science, department for popular music at The University of Music and Performing Arts, Vienna, Austria.

Black Marine has been a staple and fervent supporter of the indie music community at large on social media platforms and has certainly been a main supporter for Front Row Radio and Jeff Tucker. She is a member of the International Singer Songwriter's Association and has numerous nominations for awards on that platform!

Her music style is dark and cinematic and recently she has been freelancing and collaborating with other independent artists and has really elevated her art having performed some of her original music with entire symphony orchestras.

Her newest release is a cross-atlantic collaboration with last month's spotlight artist, MX The American, called The Vampires Project.
