When you leave comments on our site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, along with your IP address and browser user agent string. This helps us detect spam effectively. An anonymized string, or hash, created from your email address might be sent to the Gravatar service to check if you are using it. You can review the Gravatar service privacy policy at https://automattic.com/privacy/. Once your comment is approved, your profile picture becomes publicly visible alongside your comment. If you upload images to our website, please ensure they do not contain embedded location data (EXIF GPS), as visitors can download and extract this information fairly easily and this is outside our control.

For example, returning visitors might find their name and profile image already saved in the live chat, streamlining their interaction. We expect all visitors to maintain a cordial and respectful demeanor towards one another. Front Row Radio reserves the right to moderate conversations in all interactive areas of the site, including comment sections and live chat. Please be respectful at all times. Any activity deemed as bullying or harassment will result in a ban from the page, and the content will be removed as necessary to protect our interactive community. While we welcome the sharing of music promotion links in the live chat, please refrain from posting them in the comments sections. Absolutely no pornographic imagery is permitted anywhere on the Front Row Radio website.
Our promise to you
Front Row Radio is dedicated to providing a free promotional service for independent and underground artists. This includes radio play and various opportunities on our website and social media pages, offered at our discretion.
We try to keep our accepted music submissions to human created music. We expect transparency about the composition and creation of the tracks submitted. If they used AI generation for instrumentation, vocals or composition, we reserve the right to refuse service and share the information with our partner stations. We use ACR Cloud to help detect AI submissions and have implemented a 50% probability rule using that technology. Any tracks submitted will potentially be tested through that service. We will provide additional avenues for you if you think the report we provide for you is in error ahead of any sharing of the information obtained about the creation of the track with other stations or entities.
